BCGS is conducting a lacrosse camp for all girls entering grades 4-8. This camp
is OPEN TO ALL SIMSBURY RESIDENTS.

HS Girls Varsity Lacrosse coaches from Granby (Jody Bascetta and Nancy Geaglone) and Suffield (Sue Clark and Stephen Sullivan) are offering a girls’ lacrosse camp in Granby!
Their goals are to bring girls together to develop their lacrosse skills and to have fun in a positive and safe atmosphere, to improve their understanding of the game and team play, and to supply them with skills and drills that they can use to develop confidence. Daily skills covered include stick handling/cradling, passing, catching, shooting, offensive and defensive skills, plus both transition play and modified game play.

The BCGS Coaching Staff:
JODY BASCETTA: Granby Memorial High School Varsity Lacrosse and Field Hockey coach. Coach Bascetta is a PE teacher at Granby Middle School. She is a certified lacrosse official, with experience officiating at both the collegiate and high school level. She is also a USA Futures field hockey coach.
SUE CLARK: Suffield High School Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Coach Clark is a Business Education teacher at Granby Memorial High School has 7 years experience coaching lacrosse. She is a certified US Lacrosse coach.
NANCY GEAGLONE: Granby Memorial High School (GMHS) Varsity Lacrosse Coach and Middle School Field Hockey coach. Coach Geaglone is a PE teacher at GMHS and has experience coaching at the youth, middle school, high school and collegiate level
STEPHEN SULLIVAN: Coach Sullivan has 9 years experience coaching boys lacrosse. He was a coach of the 2008 Suffield High School Varsity Lacrosse team.
All Coaches are members of US Lacrosse. Coach Bascetta, Clark and Geaglone are CT certified teachers and licensed coaches.
