Referee Coordinators
2 for Boys Program & 2 for Girls Program
Responsibilities include initial referee scheduling and key contact for Team Manager and Coaches to contact to help with any scheduling changes, problems, etc.
Time Commitment – more time will be needed at the start of season to help with the initial scheduling. During the season, the Ref Coordinators need to be available for scheduling issues that arise during season.

Equipment Managers
1 for Boys Program & 1 for Girls Program
Responsibilities include helping with existing equipment inventory, distribution of equipment to various coaches and collecting of equipment at the end of the season.
Time Commitment – more time needed before and at the start of the season then again at the end of the season.

Public Relations Coordinators
1 for Boys Program & 1 for Girls Program
Responsibilities include ensuring Team Managers submit game stats, stories, pictures, etc that can be shared with local paper on a weekly basis.
Time Commitment – regular commitment on a weekly basis to gather team info, prepare and submit material to local papers.

Team Managers (Moms or Dads)
1 for each team, boys and girls programs
Responsibilities include helping your child′s coach with the various team administrative and communication needs. Examples include: coordinating and communicating schedule changes as needed, confirming and reporting on referees to the Ref Coordinator, coordinating other team parent volunteers as needed for game stats, pictures and other material for the PR Coordinator. Access and training on use of the SIMSLAX website will be provided to help with facilitating team and league communication.
Time Commitment – significant time is needed to help partner with the coach to ensure your child′s team is well organized.
