We will offer everything you need to get stay busy this fall...
Training will be a mix of lacrosse specific conditioning, and weight training
Mondays and Wednesdays weight and conditioning training.
Tuesday and Thursdays a mix of field and box lacrosse
4 weeks at HJMS and the last 3 at Simsbury Farms
Both Lax and training Fee $210

In addition to lacrosse specific skill work and scrimmages, we will be offering the services of a premier fitness program, compliments of TriMax Fitness. This program will be created and run by Max Wunderle, founder of TriMax. Wunderle is a world class Ironman triathlete and elite fitness coach. Drawing on the principles of CrossFit (learn more at www.crossfit.com), the same regimen utilized by Navy Seals and Special Forces groups, this program will define success and progress by tracking, ranking and publishing each effort so each participant is fully aware of the progress in their fitness.
This program will focus on constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. Additionally, each workout is scalable for all abilities and backgrounds ensuring that participants benefit from the values of good teamwork, competitive motivation and ultimate realization of their best fitness.
JV( GY 2012- 13) and Varsity players(GY 2010-11) will have the option to join the tournament teams
Seperate fees of $85- $115 per tournament
Varsity Recruiting team will attend 3 Sundays Tournaments:
Franklin and Marshall (PA) October 18th ($85)
Rutgers/MVP Recruiting tournament Nov 1st ($115)
UMASS Recruiting tournament Nov 8th ($110)

The Rip-IT program is open to all players from any town, with NO affiliation with any High School program.
