IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPRING 2022 REGISTRATION
Please note the following PRIOR to registering with Simsbury Youth Lacrosse:
All players must obtain a US Lacrosse Membership for the 2022 season. You will be directed to the US Lacrosse Membership website during registration.
All players will receive a custom SYL "Shooter Shirt" in addition to their SYL uniform jersey and shorts. Sizing information is required at the time of registration.
Parents are required to review and provide electronic approval of the SYL Code of Conduct and Concussion Policy. Review and approval of this important information is mandatory. Hardcopy forms will not be distributed in the 2020 season. For more information on Concussion Management, please click HERE
Medical Consent to Treat will also be approved via electronic signature. Parents are responsible for disclosing any allergy or other medical condition directly to the attention of their Division Director or Head Coach prior to or during the season.
Registration fees must be paid by credit card only. Payment must be made within 24 hours of registration.
Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy may be requested to the President, Treasurer, or Division Director in special circumstances such as injury or relocation. Choosing not to play, or moving to another local program do not, in the view of SYL, qualify for a refund.
